How IIM Ahmedabad selects its batch — step by step
- 01
You register for the CAT exam and select your course in the application form.
- 02
You should clear the minimum percentile score in CAT to be eligible for further shortlisting. Analytical Writing Test (AWT) & Personal Interview will be conducted.
- 03
AWT will be held which is to evaluate your written communication, critical analysis of the given scenario, and logical structuring.
- 04
Personal Interview will be conducted by the IIM Ahmadabad panelist to judge your academic depth, work experience, leadership potential, general awareness and intellectual capability.
- 05
The last final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the Composite Score (PI 50%, AWT 10%, CAT 25%, AR 15%)

Admission offer letter issued to selected candidates
