01 OVERVIEW
What SNAP actually is.

SNAP is the single gateway to 17 Symbiosis institutes, conducted by Symbiosis International University. The marquee programmes are SIBM Pune, SCMHRD, SIBM Bengaluru, and SIIB, each requiring a separate institute application on top of the test fee.
It's the fastest major MBA exam — 60 questions in 60 minutes, roughly a minute each. There are no sectional time limits and the difficulty is lower than CAT or XAT, so speed and accuracy decide the score, not depth. You can sit up to three December slots and only your best attempt is counted for the percentile.

How to apply for SNAP 2026.
The SNAP form on snaptest.org takes about 20 minutes. Remember each Symbiosis institute is a separate ₹1,000 application — pick your targets before you pay.

Register on snaptest.orgCreate an account with your email and phone number. Fill personal, academic, and communication details, then upload a passport-size photograph.

Pay the SNAP test fee₹2,250 per test attempt (+ taxes). If you plan to sit more than one of the three December slots, each attempt is charged separately.

Apply to your target institutesEach Symbiosis institute — SIBM Pune, SCMHRD, SIIB, SIBM Bengaluru and others — needs a separate ₹1,000 application through the same portal.

Choose your test citiesSelect preferred cities from 90+ centres across India in order of preference. Allotment depends on capacity.

Schedule attempts & download admit cardsPick which of the three December dates to sit. A fresh admit card is released for each attempt, 1-2 weeks before the test.
