Institute of Management Development & Research (IMDR), Pune was estbalished in 1974 by Dr R. T. Doshi and Shri Sumatilal Shah. It is the oldest management institution in Pune. It has accreditations from NBA and approved by AICTE. Its full-time PGDM programme is considered equivalent to the full-time MBA programme conducted by Universities, by AIU.
